Our 1-1 draw at Second Division broke our run of 5 consecutive victories but we are still 6 unbeaten and go into the Hampden encounter big favourites to see off Campbell Money's side.
Recent form has Queen's as rightful favourites while we drew at Brechin, Stenny suffered embarassment at the hands of East Of Scotland league side Preston Athletic in Prestonpans in the Scottish Cup though they had shown signs of revival in league form when JP McBride's steesher saw off Dumbarton at Ochilview the week before.
While we sit pretty in 2nd, Stenny, despite their poor form sit right behind us in 3rd place, only one point behind, making victory over the Warriors a necessity tomorrow.
In our previous meeting this season, two late goals handed Stenny an undeserved 2-1 victory. David Weatherston gave us the lead after we had passed up scores of opportunities. McBride's stormer followed by Paton's og robbed Queen's of the points.
