According to rumours, Queen's Park WILL be forced to move away from Hampden to play against Aberdeen in the CIS Cup 2nd Round due to the Rolling Stones concert on Friday, 25th August.
The Stones (combined age 412) require seven days to lay the stage for their potentially pitch damaging concert, which will mean that Spiders must relocate to play Dons in the Cup game as Hampden will be unavailable on either the 22nd or the 23rd of August.
It's looking increasingly likely that the game will be played at Partick Thistle's Firhill Stadium in the Maryhill area of the city on Wednesday 23rd August, which will make many fans unhappy on how we have been moved out of our ground to let a bunch of pensioners play a concert in a FOOTBALL stadium.
