Murray rescues Queen's
An equaliser from David Murray eight minutes from time earned Queen's Park a 1-1 draw and sent visitors Peterhead to the foot of the Scottish Football League
Peterhead took a shock lead just three minutes after the interval, Rory McAllister heading home his ninth goal of the season from Ryan Strachan`s deep corner.
McAllister should have doubled his side`s lead two minutes later but the former Inverness striker fluffed his lines from six yards out.
The visitors were made to pay for the miss when Paul McGinn fed Murray, who made no mistake from deep inside the penalty area to earn the home side a point.
It could have been worse for Peterhead, who had their goalkeeper Raymond Jellema to thank for keeping the scores level when he parried away substitute Paul Stewart`s drive in stoppage time.
